Growth Partner (Commission-Based) — WordPress, SaaS & App Development Studio

Location: Remote

Compensation: 0 salary. Commission on revenue you bring in — ongoing % on every client for as long as they stay, not just a one-time finder's fee.

About AR WebCrafts
We're a WordPress, SaaS, and app development studio with our own dev team (~20-seat office capacity). We build and maintain websites, plugins, and web apps for agencies and business owners who don't want to manage freelancers or hire in-house. We've delivered $180k+ lifetime with single clients through direct relationships — no ad spend, no cold-call factories. Growth so far has come entirely from personal outreach and referrals, and it's working. We're looking for someone who can extend that same kind of relationship-based growth beyond what one founder can do alone.

What you'll do

• Open doors with design/branding agencies (especially DACH and US-based) who need a dependable dev partner but don't have one
• Bring us non-technical SMB owners and SaaS founders who need websites, plugins, or apps built and maintained
• Use your existing network, warm intros, and relationship-building — not mass cold outreach or paid ads
• Help close deals alongside the founder; you don't need to close solo, just bring qualified conversations

What we're looking for

• Strong networker with real communication skills comfortable talking to non-technical business owners and agency principals
• Existing network in one or more of: design/branding agencies, SMB owners, SaaS/startup circles
• Self-directed this is commission-only, so we want someone motivated by upside, not someone who needs managing
• Bonus: experience in agency sales, partnerships, or business development

Compensation structure

• Ongoing % commission on revenue from every client you bring in, for as long as they remain a client not a one-time bonus
• No cap the more you bring, the more you earn
• Exact % discussed on a call, scaled to deal size and retainer length
