  • Ensure interfaces comply with Section 508 and applicable WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Identify and remediate accessibility issues in user-interface components and interaction patterns.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance reusable UI components and design-system assets.
  • Collaborate with Human-Centered Design specialists, Product Owners, designers, back-end developers, and other delivery team members.
  • Support usability testing by helping prepare prototypes, observing user interactions, documenting findings, and implementing approved improvements.
  • Participate in iterative design and development activities based on usability findings and stakeholder feedback.
  • Review implemented interfaces for visual consistency, accessibility, usability, and alignment with approved designs.
  • Support integration between front-end interfaces and back-end application services.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve front-end development, code quality, accessibility reviews, testing, and productivity.
  • Participate in Agile planning, refinement, design reviews, demonstrations, and other delivery activities.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional front-end or UI development experience.
  • Experience developing interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience implementing responsive layouts using CSS.
  • Experience applying accessibility requirements to web-based user interfaces.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and back-end development teams.

Mandatory Skills:
