New Product Development Manager

Who are we?
The Stack is a fast-growing health and nutrition brand focused on building clean, effective, and science-backed supplements. We believe in clarity over clutter: no unnecessary ingredients, no overpromising, just products that work. We are based out of Goa.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a New Product Development Manager who goes deep on the science. You should be comfortable reading clinical studies, understand bioavailability, and get genuinely excited about a well-formulated ingredient stack.

The ideal candidate has experience in nutraceuticals, pharma, or a related field, and knows their way around a Certificate of Analysis as well as a research paper. You should be equally at home in the technical detail and in translating that detail into products that work. Ideal experience ranges from 3-5 years.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Goa.

What You'll Own
You will own research and product development end to end, from reading studies and evaluating ingredients through to taking new products from concept to launch.

You will own quality and compliance, including Certificates of Analysis, batch reports, manufacturer coordination, and ensuring every product meets the relevant regulatory standards.

You will also lead cross-functional work, partnering with vendors and helping the content team turn complex science into something consumers can actually understand.
