About the role

Robotics Engineers make things work outside the simulator. You'd write the software that turns sensor data into motion, close the loop between perception and control, and chase the failures that only ever appear on real hardware.

What we usually look for:

• Strong C++ and Python, with ROS or an equivalent stack you have actually shipped on
• Real hardware time; you've calibrated sensors, hunted timing bugs, and watched a robot fail in ways the sim never predicted
• Depth in at least one of perception, controls, motion planning or state estimation, with working knowledge of the neighbours
• Comfort with the maths, from transforms and kinematics through to probabilistic estimation
• Patience for a long debug loop, and the discipline to instrument before guessing
