About the role

Product Designers own the whole arc, from a fuzzy problem to a shipped screen. You'd talk to users, work out what is actually broken, and design the thing that fixes it, often with no PM sitting in between.

What we usually look for:

• A portfolio that shows the thinking, not only the final screens; what the problem was, what you tried, what you killed
• Fluency in Figma, and comfort working close to or inside the codebase
• Range across research, interaction and visual craft rather than depth in only one of them
• Opinions about the product, and the willingness to argue for them with engineers and founders
• Speed in the messy early stage, with the taste to know when something needs another pass
