About Cruitical
Cruitical is an AI-native hiring platform that lets companies see how a candidate actually works before the first interview, through deep candidate profiles and hands-on work trials in a lifelike sandbox. We're Founders Inc Canopy alums (Spring 2026 cohort) and partner with a growing set of venture-backed startups hiring for roles like this one.
About the role
Developer Advocates sit between a product and the people building on it. You'd write the docs and demos that make something click, show up where developers already are, and carry what you hear there back into the roadmap.
What we usually look for:
- A builder first; you ship real things with the product rather than only talking about it
- Strong public output, whether that's writing, talks, docs, or an audience you earned
- Comfort in a developer's actual workflow, from terminal and SDKs to reading source when the docs fall short
- Judgement about which questions in a Discord thread are a docs problem and which are a product problem
- Real patience with people learning something hard
Why apply here
Apply once, and we match you to the right-fit startups in our network. You get evaluated on what you can do, you get real feedback either way, and warm intros to founders when there's a fit. No resume black holes, no reapplying to ten companies one at a time, no repetitive take-homes, no ghosting.
