Pickcel is a global SaaS platform for Digital Signage, serving customers across 35+ countries. Our platform powers thousands of digital displays on Android, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi, BrightSign, and ChromeOS. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on developers to strengthen our architecture, improve engineering quality, and help build the next generation of our platform.

About the Role

We are hiring fresher developers who want to build real product, not just tickets. You'll work across the stack, spanning web, backend, infra, and integrations, with heavy exposure to AI assisted development from day one.

What you will do

• Build and ship features across web and backend systems
• Work with infrastructure components such as deployment, cloud services, and monitoring
• Build and maintain integrations across APIs, third party services, and internal tooling
• Use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow, not a novelty
• Contribute to architecture discussions as you grow into the role
• Automate repetitive engineering workflows where it makes sense

What we are looking for

• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design basics, over attachment to any one framework
• Working exposure to web and backend technologies, and at least conceptual familiarity with cloud/infra
• Strong, demonstrable use of AI tools in real projects, not just casual chatbot use
• A portfolio that shows this: GitHub, hackathon build, internship project, open source contribution
• Able to work independently, debug through ambiguity, and own a problem end to end
• Curiosity about system design and how pieces fit together, not just the code in front of them

Growth path

Designed as a 6 to 12 month grooming track toward greater ownership: module ownership, architecture input, or a specialized track (infra, integrations, AI tooling) based on demonstrated strength.
