Role: Technical Lead - IBM Cognos

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite/week)

Job Summary: Technical Lead (IBM Cognos Reporting, Framework Manager and data Modules, strong SQL skills, Database Oracle, DB2)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of IBM Cognos reporting solutions.
• Design and manage Framework Manager models, packages, and Data Modules.
• Develop complex reports, dashboards, and BI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for Oracle and DB2 databases to ensure reporting performance.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, data, and performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, DBAs, and project teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and project delivery timelines

Experience: 5-8 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
