About the Role
We're looking for a hungry, curious Associate Product Manager to join us onsite in Glendale, CA and help shape the core UCaaS & CCaaS platform that powers hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and healthcare providers across the country. You will play a hands-on part in the development and management of our UCaaS and CCaaS products from inception to launch and beyond.
You won't need to know everything on Day 1. You'll need to learn fast, stay curious, and think like an owner. We'll grow you into a full PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior product leaders to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of our UCaaS and CCaaS offerings - from discovery and prototyping to launch and post-release optimization
- Help define and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, aligning features to clear OKRs and KPIs
- Conduct customer research and user interviews to translate real-world needs into actionable user stories and product requirements
- Own content creation - including product messaging, feature announcements, go-to-market collateral, enablement materials, and customer-facing documentation that clearly communicates product value
- Support go-to-market strategy, feature launches, and adoption efforts across enterprise, SMB, and vertical segments (hospitality, gaming, healthcare, restaurants)
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams to deliver customer-facing features on time and against defined metrics
- Build and monitor telemetry dashboards and funnels to drive data-informed product decisions
- Contribute to privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance reviews to increase trust, safety, and product quality
- Help manage integrations and APIs that expand platform capabilities and drive activation
Experience & Background
- 3+ years in product management, technical program management, or a closely related role (candidates with strong consulting/technical delivery experience are encouraged to apply)
- Exposure to SaaS or cloud communications platforms (UCaaS/CCaaS experience is a big plus, but not required - we'll teach you)
- Experience managing product development in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban environments across the full SDLC
- A track record of collaborating with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship customer-facing features
Technical Skills & Soft Skills
- Comfort with data analytics and BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Adobe XD, Postman, and Azure DevOps
- Curiosity about AI/ML, prompt engineering, and how emerging tech can enhance communication products
- Ability to run A/B testing, customer research, and data mining to inform product decisions
- An owner's mentality - you take initiative and follow through
- A fast learner who thrives in ambiguity and stays curious
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven decision maker with a passion for building great customer experiences
Why BluIP?
- We own our network - meaning you'll work on real infrastructure
- Massive scale - help power communications for 60,000+ businesses
- Growth path - we'll invest in developing you into a full Product Manager
- Real impact - your work directly shapes products used by hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and healthcare providers nationwide
