About the job

Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support capital and maintenance projects in an oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, refining, power generation, or heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical projects from scope development through construction, commissioning, and startup.
Develop/review SLDs, load lists, specifications, schematics, and electrical studies.
Manage MOC activities and coordinate EPCs, vendors, operations, and contractors.
Support transformers, switchgear, MCCs, large motors, VFDs, and protective relaying.
Perform/review load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and NFPA 70E.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Industrial electrical project engineering experience.
Strong HV/MV power systems, SEL relays, motors, grounding, and protection experience.
Construction, commissioning, and startup experience.
ETAP or equivalent power system analysis experience.
Brownfield/operating facility experience preferred.
