UI/UX and Frontend Engineer

You care about how things look and how they feel to use. You can design and you can build. You do not need a handoff — you own the experience end to end.

Responsibilities:
Redesign and build the WorldChangers website and platform UI
Create a design system that is clean, fast, and easy to maintain
Work closely with the Engineering Lead to implement frontend features
Own the user experience for both founders and investors on the platform

Must have:
Portfolio of UI work you have designed and built — not just designed
Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or equivalent)
Strong design sensibility — you know the difference between good and great
Ability to translate product requirements into interfaces without extensive direction

Nice to have:
Experience with Figma or equivalent design tools
Experience designing for marketplace or two-sided platform products
Interest in the startup and investment space
