About the Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor with strong skills in DaVinci Resolve, music editing, storytelling, and color grading.
You should have a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, emotion, and visual continuity, and be able to turn raw footage into polished, engaging, publish-ready content.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form, vertical episodic, trailer, and narrative content in DaVinci Resolve.
• Shape scenes through strong pacing, shot selection, timing, and storytelling.
• Select and edit music to enhance emotion, tension, and narrative impact.
• Handle dialogue, music, ambience, and basic sound design.
• Perform color correction and color grading, including shot matching, skin tones, exposure, contrast, and overall look.
• Maintain visual and narrative continuity across scenes.
• Collaborate with directors and the creative team on feedback and revisions.
• Deliver high-quality edits within fast production timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent video editing and storytelling fundamentals.
• Strong sense of music, rhythm, and timing.
• Good knowledge of color grading and color correction.
• Understanding of composition, framing, continuity, and cinematic language.
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with short films, trailers, ads, music videos, reels, or episodic content.
• Sound design or motion graphics experience.
• Experience with Fusion in DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of vertical and mobile-first storytelling.

Experience

1–4 years of professional video editing experience preferred.

A strong portfolio demonstrating editing, music sense, and color grading is more important than years of experience.
