The role

AceSpeak is hiring a Product Designer to shape a clear, scalable product experience across mobile and web. You will turn early MVP learning into coherent user flows, reusable design systems and a stronger visual brand.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile app screens and interaction flows
• Create prototypes, visual assets and reusable design systems
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering
• Maintain a consistent, user-friendly brand across mobile and web
• Test ideas, iterate from feedback and improve usability

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in product, UX or UI design, ideally with mobile app experience
• A strong portfolio of app and interface design work
• Experience with Figma or equivalent design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Care for detail, accessibility and visual polish

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer coaching, education or wellbeing apps
• Mobile accessibility and motion design knowledge
• Experience taking an MVP into structured product development
