About the job

Product & Delivery Associate

Location: Hybrid / Phuket, Thailand

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Founder

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Build products, work with founders, and learn to run high-stakes strategy workshops.

We design and run intensive, week-long strategy workshops for startup founders and leadership teams.

In five days, we help teams rethink their product, strategy, architecture, growth and roadmap — and leave with a concrete plan they can start executing immediately.

We're also building this business AI-native from day one.

Frontier level AI usage is used live during workshops to generate frameworks, analyse exercises, pressure-test ideas and adapt what happens next. Each workshop evolves as it happens, with clients leaving at the end of the week with finished, tailored outputs rather than waiting weeks for a consulting deck.

We're now looking for a Product & Delivery Associate to work directly alongside the founder and eventually grow into co-running these workshops.

The Opportunity

This is an early-career role for someone who thinks like a product person, has a strong instinct for user experience and wants significantly more exposure and responsibility than they'd typically get in a junior role.

Initially, you'll own much of the work surrounding each workshop: researching the company, understanding its product and users, preparing exercises with AI, capturing what happens in the room and turning that thinking into useful outputs.

Then you'll progressively move to the front of the room.

You'll start leading exercises, then sessions, and eventually co-facilitate entire workshops and own client relationships.

You'll work directly with a founder-CEO with 30 years' experience building high-growth technology companies, including multiple IPOs and exits.

The business itself is new, but it isn't starting from zero. Several venture investors already see these workshops as valuable to their portfolio companies and actively encourage founders to participate.

What You'll Do

From Day One

  • Client discovery & research — understand each client's company, product, users, team and challenges, including finding the problems underneath the ones they initially describe.
  • AI-assisted workshop preparation — use AI to help create and adapt frameworks, exercises, scoring systems and workshop materials.
  • Workshop delivery — work in the room alongside founders and leadership teams, capturing thinking across whiteboards, Miro and shared documents and keeping sessions moving.
  • Synthesis & deliverables — turn messy workshop thinking into clear, useful outputs and help clients actually put them into practice.
  • Build the business — contribute wherever useful, including proposals, outreach, marketing, content and social.

As You Grow

You'll move towards:

  • Leading exercises and workshop sessions yourself
  • Co-facilitating full workshops alongside the founder
  • Owning client relationships
  • Helping shape the workshop product and its modules
  • Taking ownership of areas of business development and growth

There isn't a fixed ceiling on the role. As the business grows, we want this person to grow with it.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a perfect CV or a particular degree.

You do need:

  • Some genuine experience in product or a closely related discipline
  • A good instinct for UX and UI — you naturally notice where products work, where they frustrate users and how they could improve
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confidence speaking up and a genuine desire to learn facilitation
  • Comfort using AI as a serious working tool — or the drive to become exceptionally good at it
  • Real exposure to Web3 / crypto
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A self-starting attitude and willingness to wear different hats

Bonus Points

We'd particularly like to hear from you if you have experience with:

  • Founding or working in the founding team of an early-stage startup
  • User research, discovery interviews, JTBD or research synthesis
  • Startups or deep tech
  • Workshops, offsites, events or facilitated sessions
  • Miro, design or visual collaboration tools
  • Marketing, content or social media

How We Work

Small team. Fast-moving. High standards. AI-native.

You'll work closely with the founder rather than several layers removed from decision-making.

You'll be expected to learn quickly, take ownership and speak up — and in return, you'll be given as much responsibility as you're capable of taking on.

Travel & Phuket

Workshop weeks take place in Phuket, Thailand.

During the initial trial period, the company covers travel and accommodation for workshop weeks.

After that, we can agree either:

  • A hybrid arrangement where you remain based somewhere within easy flying distance — such as Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore — with workshop travel negotiated into your package; or
  • Support towards relocation costs if you decide to move to Phuket.

How to Apply

Don't send us a generic cover letter.

Instead, tell us:

1. What's a piece of work you're genuinely proud of, and why did it matter?

2. Why does this particular role appeal to you?

If you have examples of products, research or other relevant work, we'd love to see those too.
