Dwellon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Thailand. We are a growing company looking to strategically acquire businesses to enhance our presence and capabilities in the region.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with Dwellon's strategic objectives.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and legal review.
Lead and manage all aspects of the M&A process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including target company leadership, investors, and legal advisors.
