GTM Engineer Intern

Role Description

You are a singular force multiplier, part strategist, part operator, part data scientist, part product designer, and full-time driver of growth. You thrive in ambiguity, have an insatiable hunger for metrics, and your playbook includes everything from product-led growth to brand virality and performance optimization at scale. You own growth end-to-end. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru (HSR layout).

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Vision
• Define and own the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and referral.
• Translate first principles thinking into scalable growth systems.
• Predict, model, and engineer growth loops that compound weekly and monthly.
• Partner with executive leadership to set OKRs and lead growth forecasting.

Execution & Experimentation
• Design and run high-impact experiments across funnel stages.
• Build, test, and optimize acquisition channels from zero to scalable ROI.
• Drive end-to-end product-led growth initiatives; A/B tests, cohort analysis, onboarding improvements.
• Lead rapid iteration cycles and operationalize lessons into core product features.

Data & Analytics
• Define growth KPIs, dashboards, and automated reporting pipelines.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights and prescriptive next steps.
• Build predictive models and segmentations that materially improve retention and monetization.

Cross-Functional Influence
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure growth levers are embedded at every touchpoint.
• Drive alignment on priorities, tradeoffs, and resource allocation.
• Evangelize data literacy and experimental rigor across teams.

Stipend: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month

This is an in-office role. You will work directly with the team from our Bengaluru office and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership.
