TypeScript & React Engineer

We're looking for a Fullstack TypeScript Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team.
The position is suited to a skilled TypeScript & React Engineer who will be central in building our AI Agent platform.
You'll work with our MCP (Model Context Protocol) layer that lets AI agents safely and reliably interact with our core systems.

AI agents will be used for various functions:
Customer-facing features such as Hotel Reservations, Internal tooling, reporting tools... This is an impactful role in our Tech team, the foundation to our emerging AI Agents initiatives.

We're looking for an experienced individual who relishes the chance to challenge themselves in a progressive tech environment, with plenty of scope to shape how AI safely integrates with production systems as we look to double the size of the team.

What You'll Do:
• Be the founder in building the foundation of the Ennismore AI Agents system
• Write AI Agents inTypeScript and React using frameworks such as VoltAgent
• Use GitHub Actions to run the CI/CD pipeline
• Work closely with the team driving our wider AI initiatives
• Work in an agile environment (comfortable estimating tickets and working in sprints)

What We're Looking For
• More than 2 years of experience in TypeScript & React
• Had hands on building Agents
• Driven to learn new technologies and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensures the performance, quality, and responsiveness of AI Agents.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling: GitHub Actions and/or ArgoCD preferred
• Working knowledge of observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent)
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals, and good automation instincts
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering, Devops, security, and product stakeholders
• Focuses on Process and Documentation to keep the effectiveness and share knowledge
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
