We get all of our clients directly through inbound because of our trusted position in the market. We’re looking for someone who can take newly won clients and get them live on SKUSavvy as quickly as possible.

Your primary focus will be identifying and removing barriers to go-live. This may involve using AI to handle custom scenarios, managing file uploads, or building lightweight features in the system when needed. You will have free reign to make and improve systems to accomplish onboarding faster.

Strong client communication skills are essential. While this role doesn’t involve constant meetings, you’ll regularly engage with clients via email, Slack, and calls to guide them through onboarding and get them fully up and running on SKUSavvy.
