Software Engineer

What You'll Work On

● Build and maintain core product features across our Go backend and React frontend.
● Contribute to the Agent Council architecture — the multi-agent system that scores leads on
budget, timeline, fit and authority.
● Write, test and maintain code across services: voice orchestration, WhatsApp integration, and the
intent-scoring engine.
● Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data modelling, caching and coordination (e.g. distributed
locking).
● Fix bugs, optimize performance, and participate in deployment and monitoring.
● Document technical decisions clearly — including in plain language for non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

● Solid fundamentals in Go, or strong backend experience with the ability to ramp up quickly.
● Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
● Comfort contributing to a React frontend when needed.
● Clean, idiomatic code and honest commit history — we care about how you build, not just what
ships.
● Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and picking up unfamiliar parts of the stack.

Nice to Have

● Exposure to LLM APIs or provider-agnostic AI orchestration.
