Jewellery Product & Styling Specialist

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who loves jewellery, understands fashion, and has an eye for detail. You'll play a key role in shaping how our collections come to lifefrom identifying trends and curating products to styling campaigns, enhancing the in-store experience, and helping customers find pieces they'll love.

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Trend Research
Stay up to date with fashion, jewellery and lifestyle trends.
Identify emerging trends that resonate with Soho Tiger's target audience.
Collection Curation

Curate jewellery collections that are cohesive, commercially relevant and aligned with the Soho Tiger brand.
Organize products into collections based on themes, occasions, trends and customer preferences.
Product Styling & Photoshoots

Style jewellery for product photography, campaigns and social media content ensuring styling reflects the Soho Tiger aesthetic and is consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with photographers, models and the creative team during shoots.
Visual Merchandising

Create compelling in-store and online product presentations.
Recommend product placements based on customer behaviour, trends and seasonality.
Ensure displays are visually engaging while maximizing product discovery and sales.
Jewellery Customization & Repairs

Coordinate customer requests for jewellery customization, resizing and repairs.
Liaise with artisans and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Maintain quality standards throughout the customization and repair process.
Guide customers on available customization options and after-sales care.
Customer Experience

Act as a jewellery expert, helping customers with styling advice, gifting recommendations and product information.
Respond to customer questions related to jewellery, styling and collections across in-store and digital channels.
Gather customer feedback and share insights that improve future collections and the overall shopping experience.

Events & Brand Promotions
Support the planning and execution of launches, styling sessions, exhibitions and promotional events.
Represent Soho Tiger as a jewellery and styling expert during customer-facing events.
Assist in creating styling concepts and promotional assets for campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

Graduate/undergraduate in fashion, jewellery, design, or a related field.
Passion for fashion, accessories, jewellery styling, and trends.
Basic understanding of jewellery types, materials, styling, customization, and repairs.
Creative eye for product styling, visual presentation, and content creation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with vendors, karigars, photographers, models, and internal teams.
Comfortable working with vendors and karigars, visiting markets, sourcing materials, and getting repairs, customizations, and product-related tasks executed.
Organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Education
UG: ITI Certification in Fashion Design and Technology, B.A - Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Designing, B.Sc in Costume Design And Fashion, Fashion, Apparel And Fashion Technology, B.Tech / B.E. in Fashion Technology, B.Des. - Bachelor of Design in Fashion Designing, Diploma in Fashion Designing/Other Designing
Doctorate: MPHIL in Fashion Designing/Other Designing, Ph.D/Doctorate in Fashion Designing/Other Designing
