This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights and partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. You will join a collaborative and expanding analytics team, working alongside experienced data professionals while helping business leaders better understand key metrics through reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful analytical solutions.
  • Assist with data automation initiatives and improvements to data workflows.
  • Support statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data-driven decision-making efforts.
  • Contribute to data governance, data quality, and documentation activities.
  • Present findings and reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior analysts and data scientists on strategic analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused role.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Experience with data modeling concepts, including semantic models/datasets and star schema design.
  • Experience with data visualization and communicating insights to business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience using Python, R, or another statistical programming language.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments.
  • Exposure to Snowflake, Hadoop, Greenplum, or similar data platforms.
  • Healthcare, clinical, or regulated industry experience.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy best practices.
  • Interest in advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven data solutions.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Primarily remote position with excellent flexibility.
  • Preference for candidates located within driving distance of the Milwaukee area.
  • Join a growing analytics team with strong organizational visibility.
  • Work closely with experienced data professionals, including senior analytics and data science leaders.
  • Exposure to executive leadership and opportunities to influence strategic decisions.
  • Opportunity to work with complex enterprise data that supports meaningful business outcomes.
  • Significant opportunity for growth as the team expands and invests in advanced analytics, AI, and data innovation.
