Independent B2B Contractor | Remote | Client-Based Revenue Share

Alcane Development is a data-driven digital visibility agency helping businesses build sustainable organic growth through Technical SEO, content strategy, conversion optimization, authority building, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.

We are looking for an experienced SEO Delivery Partner to independently take ownership of SEO strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization for assigned Alcane client accounts.

You will manage the SEO lifecycle of your accounts - from initial analysis and strategy through technical optimization, content planning, measurement, reporting, and continuous growth.

For larger Scale and Enterprise projects, you will lead the SEO work while coordinating with additional content, development, and technical specialists where required.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Depending on the assigned account, your responsibilities may include:

• Comprehensive SEO audits
• Keyword, search-intent, and competitor analysis
• Technical SEO monitoring and priority implementation
• Crawlability and indexing optimization
• Site architecture
• Core Web Vitals
• On-page SEO
• Internal linking
• Google Search Console and Analytics analysis
• Conversion tracking
• Local SEO where relevant
• Content strategy and content briefs
• Authority and backlink strategy
• Structured data / Schema
• Conversion Rate Optimization
• AI Search / GEO visibility analysis
• Competitor monitoring
• Heatmap and user-behavior analysis for larger accounts
• Monthly or bi-weekly strategy communication
• Clear, client-facing SEO performance reporting

You should be capable of turning SEO data into a prioritized execution roadmap, not simply producing audits.

Approved external production resources such as content writers, developers, specialist tools, outreach resources, or paid placements are budgeted separately where required.

ALCANE GROWTH

Client price: €3,495/month + €2,500 one-time setup

Our core package for brands ready to accelerate organic visibility and qualified traffic.

Includes the Foundation SEO foundations plus:

• Regional or national SEO campaigns
• More priority pages
• 2-4 high-quality content pieces per month
• More comprehensive technical implementation
• Continuous link building or Digital PR
• Conversion Rate Optimization
• AI and GEO visibility analysis
• Detailed competitor tracking
• Bi-weekly communication
• Collaboration with additional specialists when required

€1,048.50/month

ALCANE SCALE

Client price: €6,495/month + €4,000 one-time setup

Designed for competitive industries, larger websites, e-commerce companies, multi-location businesses, and multilingual campaigns.

Typical scope may include:

• Large-scale Technical SEO roadmap
• 4-8 content pieces or equivalent monthly production capacity
• Intensive link building and Digital PR
• Multiple markets and landing pages
• CRO, heatmaps, and user analysis
• More frequent reporting and strategy meetings
• Priority execution
• Coordination with dedicated SEO, content, and technical resources
• Custom data and CRM integrations

You will lead the SEO strategy and ensure execution quality while Alcane can provide or coordinate additional production resources where required.

Your revenue share:

€1,600 setup
€1,948.50/month

ENTERPRISE & INTERNATIONAL

Enterprise engagements may include:

• Multiple countries and languages
• Large e-commerce or franchise websites
• Complex technical infrastructures
• High-volume content production
• Direct collaboration with marketing, IT, and other internal client teams
• Custom dashboards
• APIs
• Data models
• Custom technical integrations

Enterprise scope and onboarding are priced individually.

Your responsibilities, resources, and revenue share will be agreed before an Enterprise account is assigned to you.

COMPENSATION

This is an independent B2B contractor partnership.

There is no fixed base salary and no guaranteed client volume.

Your compensation is directly linked to the client accounts assigned to and actively managed by you.

40% of collected SEO Setup / Onboarding Fees

30% of collected Monthly SEO Retainers

Revenue shares stack across all active accounts you manage.

Example:

3 active Growth accounts = €3,145.50/month recurring revenue

4 active Growth accounts = €4,194/month recurring revenue

Plus applicable setup payouts from newly assigned accounts.

There is no fixed earnings cap.

REVENUE SHARE RULES

Revenue share is calculated exclusively on net SEO service revenue actually received by Alcane.

Therefore:

• VAT is excluded
• Unpaid invoices generate no payout
• Refunded amounts generate no payout
• Advertising and media budgets are excluded
• Paid placements are excluded
• Approved third-party pass-through expenses are excluded
• External production budgets are managed separately
• Recurring revenue share continues while the client remains active and you remain responsible for the assigned account

Exact invoicing, payment dates, account assignment, and handover procedures are defined in the contractor agreement.

The contractor must be legally able to invoice Alcane for their services.

• Ability to convert audits into prioritized execution plans

• Clear written and spoken English
• Ability to explain technical findings to clients
• Reliable self-management in a remote environment
