CXM Studio builds the creative infrastructure founders deserve (brand, web, and photography). I work with scaling founders who have a vision and need one partner to execute it. I'm looking for a sales rep to bring me clients. Straight commission. No ceiling. You build your own pipeline; I hand you the tools. Opportunity to earn longer term contracts and full-time roles as CXM Studio scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect and reach out to founders
- Run discovery calls, qualify fit, pitch the right service
- Close signed clients using the scripts, materials, and CRM I provide
PAY
- 20% COMMISSION
- Independent contractor (1099).
- No base, no cap.
- Paid immediately upon client's deposit clearing.
- Web Design ($5,000) → $1,000/close
- Branding ($8,000) → $1,600/close
- Photography ($500) → $100/close
- Full Studio Partnership ($12,000) → $2,400/close
