Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re accelerating the pace of mineral discovery. Our AI drill targeting software has gone 8 for 8 hitting mineralized targets compared to industry-standards of 1 in 10. We are now making the product bullet-proof for enterprise deployment so we can scale up mineral discovery at a global scale. In this role, you’ll lead the transition from an early product with traction into a product used by the biggest mining companies in the world to discover new minerals.

This is not a CRUD app – you’ll build software that’s used in rugged and remote parts of the world. You’ll build APIs to orchestrate massive cluster computing systems. You’ll build user interfaces that are so clean and usable that they work in an arctic snowstorm in January. What You’ll Do

• Develop web applications for data storage, 2D mapping, and 3D data visualization
• Develop mobile applications for use in remote locations
• Build data architectures, APIs, and workflows for interacting with mineral exploration data
• Build agentic AI systems that automate mineral exploration workflows
• Contribute to high-performance computing architectures to orchestrate hundreds of thousands of parallelized physics simulations
• Build systems for interacting with 3D AI geological models
• Perform user testing for UI/UX feedback
• Support mineral exploration teams during field campaign

About You

• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Fluent in Python, Go, and Javascript (or similar languages)
• Able to travel to remote parts of the US and world
