Assistant Manager - Marketing (B2B)

We work with with several leading universities across the globe such as Imperial College Business School, Columbia University, Duke University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Toronto - Rotman, New York University, INSEAD, etc.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - B2B Marketing to support our university partnerships and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning information into engaging presentations, reports and marketing collateral while also contributing to strategic projects that help grow our business. If you enjoy working with Canva, have an eye for design, love organizing information and are curious about international higher education and B2B marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Marketing Content & Design

• Create visually engaging presentations, brochures, one-pagers and marketing collateral using Canva.
• Design client-facing materials for proposals, campaigns and university partnerships.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets.

2) Website & Content Management

• Update website content, event information, and partner information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify and report website improvements or issues.
• Ensure content accuracy across digital platforms.

3) Business Development Support

• Assist in developing customized proposals for prospective university partners.
• Maintain and update the prospective client database.
• Research competitors and maintain an international higher education events calendar.
• Support outreach initiatives with relevant marketing content and information.

4) Project Co-ordination

• Track ongoing projects and maintain internal trackers.
• Support invoice documentation and client records.
• Assist with scholarship and application reporting.
• Contribute to annual marketing initiatives, presentations and special projects.

5) Reports & Business Insights

• Prepare professional event reports for conferences, fairs, webinars and client activities.
• Assist in creating annual campaign reports and business review presentations.
• Compile research, insights, and performance data into clear and impactful reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Design or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, business development, or a similar role. Experience in a B2B environment will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is desirable.
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
