Required Qualificat

- ence4+ years of professional experience building AI-powered software products (8+ years preferred for senior candidat
- es).Experience working in a SaaS startup or other fast-paced product environm
- ent.Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environme
- nts.Daily experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or simi
lar.

- killsStrong proficiency in Py
- thon.Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL prefer
- red).Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar provi
- ders.Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or Aut
- oGen.Experience designing and deploying production AI applicat
- ions.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development pract
- ices.Experience with containerization and cloud platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Plat
- form.Understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observabi
- lity.Experience training or fine-tuning models is a
plus.
