About the job
CreatorFi is a fintech company building the financial plumbing for creative IP. We raised an institutional fund combined equity and debt to advance capital against real revenue streams: music royalties, YouTube AdSense, Roblox economies, streaming catalogs, and creator-led brands.
Our thesis is simple: digital creators and IP businesses shouldn't have to sell their independence to grow. Artists are spinning up their own labels. Creators are turning channels into streaming deals and launching brands. Gaming studios are buying back their IP. CreatorFi funds all of it — capital to buy IP, create new IP, and enhance existing IP — working alongside 30+ partners including CAA, Outlandish, Riches & Saints and backed by investors like EV3, Uncorrelated Ventures, and VerisFi Capital.
We're hiring a Credit Analyst to work directly with our Head of Credit and team of underwriters across the full deal lifecycle: building financial models, running diligence on live transactions, drafting Investment Committee memos, and monitoring portfolio health post-funding. You'll be a generalist across content creators, music catalogs and labels, gaming studios, and consumer brands, with exposure to deal structuring and credit decisions.
You will:
- Build and maintain models for revenue-based advances, structured credit facilities, and catalog-backed deals
- Analyze borrower revenue across YouTube, Roblox, music distributors, and e-commerce
- Run base, stress, and upside scenarios on repayment capacity and sweep coverage
- Draft credit analysis for Investment Committee review
- Track portfolio performance and maintain early-warning frameworks
- Help build underwriting templates and credit policy as the book scales
- Perform live diligence checks to fulfill verification checks on companies and entities in entertainment
You have:
- 3-5 years in credit underwriting, structured finance, ABL, private credit, or venture debt
- Strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to read, process, and comprehend financial statements (balance sheet, income statement/P&L, cash flow statements)
- Advanced mathematics/economics/finance background
- Working knowledge of DSCR, IRR vs. ROI, recovery analysis, concentration risk
- Experience turning messy data into clear, decision-ready analysis
- Sharp written communication — you can write a tight memo
