About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Golang + Python Backend Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Go (Golang) and Python, experience with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang and Python.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.**
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and Python.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
- Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
