Growth & Retention Manager

A lifecycle marketer who believes growth doesn't end at acquisition. Builds systems that improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.

What You'll Do

• Own lifecycle marketing across WhatsApp, email, referrals, and subscriptions.
• Build and optimise automated customer journeys from scratch.
• Improve activation, retention, repeat purchases, and customer engagement.
• Manage deliverability, domain authentication, and messaging hygiene.
• Maintain UTM standards, attribution, and tracking accuracy.
• Run experiments to improve conversion and lifecycle performance.
• Partner with growth, product, and tech teams to scale retention initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention.
• Hands-on experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, Klaviyo, KwikEngage, or similar platforms.
• Experience building automation flows directly, not through agencies.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and experimentation.
• Comfortable working with attribution, tracking, and campaign analytics.
