IT Recruitment Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Global Pathways is looking for an organized and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to help North American clients with their job search by identifying suitable opportunities and submitting job applications on their behalf.

In this role, you will review job descriptions, tailor resumes to match each position, complete online applications, and maintain accurate application records. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and can manage a high volume of applications efficiently.

Responsibilities
Search for relevant IT and technology job opportunities for clients.
Review job descriptions and identify suitable positions.
Tailor client resumes to match job requirements.
Complete and submit online job applications accurately.
Maintain application records using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Track application progress and update internal records.
Manage multiple client applications while meeting daily targets.
Ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Excellent written English communication skills without the use of AI-generated content.
Strong ability to tailor resumes for individual job applications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to track applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with online job boards and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Location
This is a remote position open to candidates located in India, Pakistan, or Nepal and other Asian Regions. Team members will support clients applying for technology roles across the United States and Canada.

Compensation
This is a remote role with flexible hours. Compensation is performance-based at ₹10 per eligible job application submitted.
For example, if you submit 50 eligible applications per day for 7 days, you would earn ₹3,500 per week (approximately ₹15,500 over a 31-day month). The salary listed on this posting is an estimate. Your actual pay will depend on how many jobs you apply to.

Deliverables
You will use job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other platforms to submit job applications.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an Excel tracker of all applications submitted, including the relevant application details, and sharing it with the team on a regular basis.
