Senior Product Designer

Biograph is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences for our Members and clinical team.

As a Senior Product Designer at Biograph, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products. You’ll work across a variety of initiatives, from designing member-facing applications that drive engagement and behavior change to creating internal tooling that improves clinician efficiency. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to translate complex health and wellness challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping
• Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for Biograph’s Members, supporting behavior change and long-term wellness
• Develop user-friendly tooling and workflows that enhance clinician efficiency and care delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Growth) to define and prioritize design initiatives
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations to ensure an optimal user experience
• Help establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across our digital products

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital health, wellness, or behavior-change applications
• Startup experience – You’ve worked in fast-paced environments, where ambiguity and rapid iteration are part of the culture
• Experience designing consumer-facing health applications
• Strong UX and UI skills, with an ability to design for both consumer and clinical-facing products
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Comfort integrating AI tools into your daily design process—whether for rapid user research synthesis, generative UI exploration, copywriting, or streamlining documentation.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and user research best practices
• Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with qualitative user insights
• Strong communication skills – you can articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
• A growth mindset and eagerness to innovate in the digital health space
