We are seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Telecom Digital Testing, Selenium (Java), Playwright (TypeScript), REST API Testing, and Appium. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end quality engineering efforts across web, mobile, middleware, and digital customer journeys while driving automation, CI/CD integration, and release quality. Prior T-Mobile or Telecom domain experience is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering/QA Automation experience.
- Strong Telecom domain experience, preferably with T-Mobile.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium (Java) and Playwright (TypeScript).
- Experience with REST API, middleware, and integration testing.
- Strong mobile automation experience using Appium.
- Experience with SQL and data validation for transactional systems.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based test execution platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test management processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering activities for Telecom Digital applications.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Build and maintain Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and API automation frameworks.
- Validate end-to-end customer journeys including authentication, product selection, checkout, payment, order fulfillment, and billing.
- Integrate automated testing into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform API, middleware, integration, and data validation testing.
- Track quality metrics, defects, release readiness, and production risks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous quality improvements.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Mentor QA team members and promote QA best practices.
