About the job
About the job
DCXPS builds modular AI data centers and operates them through software-driven automation rather than traditional staffing. We deliver compute factories in approximately eight months and run them with eight core people plus software agents. Our infrastructure is offered both to institutional capital partners (who own and invest in individual assets) and to scale ups / enterprises needing dedicated GPU compute via our Chapek.io platform.
The Role
You'll source and close two types of deals:
Capital partnerships: Institutional investors, family offices, and infrastructure funds who want to own individual compute modules as ring-fenced assets. These are substantial commitments requiring deep diligence cycles and investor relations.
Cloud compute services: Scale - ups / Enterprise customers who need dedicated GPU infrastructure, EU sovereignty, and uptime guarantees - those who can't wait in hyperscaler queues or need bare-metal isolation.
You'll also handle supporting activities: investor relations calls, market positioning discussions, pitch material refinement, and partner coordination as needed.
How It Works
Weekly sync with the CSO to share pipeline progress, new leads, and deal status
Full support from the CSO on positioning, technical questions, investor objection handling, and deal structuring
Marketing materials, case studies, and leave-behinds provided
Escalation path for pricing exceptions, legal questions, or complex deal terms
Compensation Structure
Basic base salary + Success fees on all signed capital commitments
Success fees plus ongoing revenue participation on cloud services contracts you originate - you share in the recurring monthly revenue for customers you bring in for the life of their contract
No cap on total earnings;
What You Bring
Track record closing infrastructure, capital, or enterprise cloud/GPU deals
Ability to work independently while leveraging CSO support and resources
Existing relationships with institutional allocators or enterprise AI/ML buyers (or proven ability to build them)
Comfort being fully remote and self-directed between sync calls
What Success Looks Like
Closed capital commitments into new modules
Signed enterprise cloud contracts with meaningful utilization
Recurring revenue stream from cloud customers you've brought in
Active pipeline visible in weekly calls
