Our team combines product thinking, UX, engineering, and business strategy to create software that solves real problems. We're looking for a Product Manager who can turn ideas into well-defined products and help drive projects from concept to launch.

You'll work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and project managers to define priorities, improve existing products, and ensure we're building the right features at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Define product requirements and specifications.
• Gather and prioritize business and user needs.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps.
• Prioritize features based on business value and user impact.
• Work closely with designers and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate feature releases.
• Analyze user feedback and product performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Review completed developments before release.
• Participate in product discovery sessions, planning meetings, and client workshops.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience managing digital products or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories and product documentation.
• Ability to prioritize features based on business value.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and software developers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional-level English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with WordPress-based products.
• Knowledge of Elementor and modern website builders.
• Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Notion, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and usability.
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Previous experience in a digital agency or software company.
• Familiarity with AI tools for product management and documentation.
