About Online Aim Trainer

Online Aim Trainer is a browser-based platform that helps FPS players improve their aim, reaction time, tracking, flicking, and overall mechanical skills.

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern who understands Reddit and gaming communities and can help us grow our user base organically.

Experience playing FPS games such as Valorant, Counter-Strike, Apex Legends, Overwatch, Fortnite, or similar games will be a major advantage.

What You Will Do
Research relevant gaming and FPS subreddits
Identify discussions where Online Aim Trainer can provide genuine value
Create engaging Reddit posts, comments, guides, questions, and discussions
Participate in gaming communities without spamming or forcing promotions
Share aim-training tips, challenges, progress posts, and useful resources
Study what FPS players struggle with and share insights with the product team
Monitor trending discussions around aiming, sensitivity, ranked progression, and FPS mechanics
Track post performance, website visits, sign-ups, and community engagement
Experiment with different Reddit content and growth strategies
Help build the Online Aim Trainer Reddit community
Who Should Apply
You actively use Reddit and understand how different subreddits operate
You have strong written English and can communicate naturally online
You understand that Reddit marketing is about contributing value, not posting advertisements
You are comfortable researching gaming communities and interacting with players
You are proactive and can come up with ideas independently
You are organised and comfortable tracking your work in Google Sheets

A degree in marketing is not required. We care more about your understanding of Reddit, gaming communities, communication skills, and willingness to experiment.

Bonus Points
You regularly play Valorant, Counter-Strike, Apex Legends, Overwatch, Fortnite, or another FPS game
You have used aim trainers such as Aim Lab, KovaaK’s, or similar platforms
You have previously managed a Reddit account, subreddit, Discord server, or gaming community
You understand gaming terminology such as flicking, tracking, crosshair placement, sensitivity, rank grinding, and aim routines
You have experience with SEO, content writing, community marketing, or short-form content
You have grown an online account, community, website, or side project
