DevRel & Community Ambassador/Intern

We are hiring a Developer Relations & Community Ambassador/Intern who can create and operate developer quests similar to the best Web3 community campaigns - but designed for AI developers, engineering teams, security professionals, and open-source contributors.

You will own the complete developer journey:

Discover MATT → Join the community → Complete quests → Use MATT in real projects → Earn XP and rewards → Become a contributor and advocate.

This is not a role where you only write blogs, attend events, or reply to Discord messages.

You will be responsible for building and operating the entire developer engagement engine.

4. Technical Content and Education
5. Campaign and Event Execution
6. Contributor and Ambassador Programs
7. Feedback and Product Operations
8. Partnerships and Ecosystem Growth

Strongly Preferred

1. You have previously run quests for a Web3 protocol, developer ecosystem, or technical community
2. You have managed Discord communities with active developers
3. You have built ambassador or contributor programs
4. You understand AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar products
5. You understand basic application security, secure development, or DevSecOps concepts
6. You have worked with products involving APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, GitHub Apps, or developer integrations
7. You have experience with platforms such as Galxe, Zealy, Layer3, Guild, QuestN, Dework, Gitcoin, or similar quest and contribution systems
8. You have managed reward budgets, submissions, review processes, and fraud prevention
9. You have built community dashboards or reporting systems
10. You have experience working with early-stage startups
