About Us

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams and drive the successful execution of strategic product initiatives. You will be responsible for managing engineers across multiple disciplines, ensuring efficient software delivery, mentoring technical talent, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Project Managers, and executive leadership, you will play a key role in transforming product vision into scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering efforts for a key product initiative. You will manage a cross-functional engineering team, collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders, and ensure high-quality product delivery through effective planning and execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help shape engineering culture, improve development processes, and drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, QA, and Platform Engineers.
• Drive engineering execution while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Designers to define technical priorities and delivery plans.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support architectural discussions and technical decision-making to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Identify project risks, remove delivery blockers, and proactively resolve technical challenges.
• Monitor engineering performance, team capacity, sprint progress, and resource allocation.
• Promote engineering best practices, code quality, testing, documentation, and DevOps processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and growth of engineering talent.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Lead Software Engineer with people management responsibilities.
• 7+ years of software development experience, including experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams within startup or fast-growing technology companies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience working with modern development technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerized environments.
• 3+ years of experience with blockchain technologies, Web3 ecosystems, decentralized applications, or digital identity solutions is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
• Experience working with consumer-facing products or SaaS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI-powered applications, recommendation systems, personalization, or data-driven products.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Previous experience scaling engineering organizations during periods of rapid growth.
