X (Twitter) Growth Creator

We're looking for a creative, founder-led personal brand builder to grow our presence on X for earshot.to. This is an early stage, high ownership role where you'll help shape how our founder shows up online.

What you'll do: write and post threads and articles that share our story, show off new app features in an engaging way, and build a consistent, recognizable voice for our founder on X. You'll experiment often, learn what resonates, and double down on what works.

Who we're looking for: someone who has grown their own X account or helped grow one for a brand or founder before. You know what a good hook looks like, you understand the platform's culture, and you enjoy the process of testing and iterating content.

This role is fully remote.
