About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Software Developer to join our team and work on modern, scalable software products from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing high-quality code, and working closely with the founder in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications and backend services.
• Build clean, maintainable, and production-ready software.
• Design secure APIs and database architectures.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in technical planning and architectural decisions.
• Write automated tests and maintain high code quality.
• Review code and follow engineering best practices.
• Work with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• REST API and/or GraphQL development.
• Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Docker and containerized development.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production-scale applications.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Familiarity with caching, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing.
• Understanding of application security best practices.
