Creative Designer Intern

About Battery Smart:
Battery Smart is India's largest battery-swapping network for electric two- and three-wheelers. Founded in 2019, we power 1 lakh+ driver journeys daily across 1,600+ swap stations nationwide through a partner-led model that's making EV adoption accessible and scalable.

The Role:
We're looking for a Creative Design Intern to build brand-aligned visuals across social, campaigns, decks, and internal comms. You'll turn briefs into crisp design outputs, ship fast, and walk away with a portfolio full of real work.

What you'll do

1. Design social creatives, banners, posters, digital ads, and campaign assets
2. Build pitch decks, presentations, and internal comms materials
3. Support branding work for new initiatives and business verticals
4. Iterate quickly based on feedback and keep everything on-brand

What we're looking for

• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Hands-on with Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Bonus: comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• A portfolio, Behance, Dribbble, or Instagram design page
• Design student, recent grad, or self-taught designer; prior internship/freelance work preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup
