BrandMath Media is a performance marketing agency that helps businesses grow through creative design, paid advertising, and digital marketing. We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who understands how to design visuals that not only look great but also drive results.

What You'll Do

• Design high-converting social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create static ad creatives, banners, and promotional graphics for Meta and Google Ads.
• Design carousel posts, stories, thumbnails, and other digital marketing assets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
• Revise designs based on client and team feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and digital marketing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
