- Standardize processes, support Management of Change, equipment validation, and product qualification activities across the facility.
- Champion a Lean, data-driven operating culture consistent with Flowserve Values, Behaviors, and the Code of Conduct.
- Drive the deployment of Lean and OPEX principles to continually analyze and improve all internal processes and controls to drive waste out of the system, shorten order shipment lead-times, and deliver greater value to customers.
- Support Flowserve Operational Excellence initiatives by applying safety, 5S, daily management, strategy deployment, structured problem-solving, and Kaizen practices.
- Partner across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Project Management to identify, prioritize, and implement site improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reporting for certification status, warranty cost, scrap, quality escapes, complaints, rework, and other critical site KPIs.
- Lead KPI reviews and data-based problem solving; connect operational performance to annual operating-plan and strategy-deployment objectives, track improvement benefits, and sustain results.
- Ensure functional teams are leveraging OPEX training and coaching opportunities and fostering a Lean culture through on-going OPEX projects, problem solving methods, and daily work management systems.
