Role - Java Technical Lead

Experience Required - 10+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience in building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can quickly learn new technologies and contribute to all phases of software development.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Able to learn new technologies quickly, self-driven, proactive

• 10+ years of Hands on and strong Java coding experience.

• Experience in Databases , SQL, Vertx, Kafka

• REST API, Spring Batch, Spring Boot,

• Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like Maven, Github, Jenkins,

• Experience in building applications using Spring, Spring boot

• Java Multi-Threading / Concurrency

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for application development.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and related messaging technologies.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
