We're looking for someone who is chronically online.

Not in the doomscroll sense. In the sense that you understand why a tweet works before you can explain it, you know the difference between a LinkedIn post that gets read and one that gets skimmed, and you've probably rewritten a caption four times because the third version wasn't quite deadpan enough.

We're a boutique personal branding studio for founders. We build voice, not content calendars. We work with a roster capped at 13 founders at a time, across X, LinkedIn and Instagram, and every piece we put out has to sound like a person, not a brand.

What you'll be doing:

Writing scripts for instagram videos that sound authentic and hold attention without leaning on tired formats.
Writing tweets that are sharp, specific, and don't read like they were generated.
Working closely with founders to actually understand how they think, so their voice stays theirs
Adapting tone and structure across platforms without losing the thread of who's speaking

What we're looking for:

2+ years writing experience, ideally across social platforms (agency, in-house, or freelance all count) a visible track record. Show us posts, threads, scripts, anything that proves you can write for a platform, not just write in general.

An eye for what's overused. You should be able to spot a formulaic hook or a recycled trend format from a mile away.

Someone who reads the room online the way most people read a room in person.

Nice to have:
Experience ghostwriting for founders, executives, or creators.
A point of view on why most LinkedIn content is bad.
Your own presence on any of these platforms, even a small one.
