Your goal is to convert business requirements into automated and scalable EPM workflows.

  • Own end-to-end architecture, design, and development for Oracle Cloud EPM modules including PBCS, ARCS, EPCM, Freeform, and TRCS.
  • Lead implementation of complex technical architectures ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability across the EPM suite.
  • Drive hands-on build-out of advanced Calculation Manager rules, Groovy scripting, complex business logic, and automation using EPM Automate and REST APIs.
  • Engineer data integration pipelines using Data Management / Data Integration and oversee orchestration and scheduling across environments.
  • Partner directly with CFO and senior Finance leadership to translate planning, close, reconciliation, profitability, and tax reporting needs into scalable EPM solutions.
  • Establish technical standards, metadata governance, and environment lifecycle management (dev/test/prod) to ensure stability and auditability.
  • Oversee integration strategy between EPM modules and core ERP systems (including Oracle Fusion / cloud ERP), ensuring reliable data movement and controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EPM developers and analysts; provide technical direction, code reviews, and delivery accountability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in EPM/CPM system implementation, including 7+ years in a senior architecture and/or leadership role.
  • Deep technical mastery building Oracle Cloud EPM solutions across PBCS, ARCS, EPCM, TRCS, and Freeform.
  • Advanced proficiency with Calculation Manager, Groovy for EPM, SQL, and automation using EPM Automate and REST APIs.
  • Experience designing and supporting EPM data integrations (Data Management / Data Integration) and end-to-end EPM-to-ERP integration strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Additional Qualifications:

  • Media & Entertainment industry experience (e.g., content production accounting, advertising revenue modeling).
  • Oracle Cloud EPM Cloud Implementation Professional certification(s) (current).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across global finance organizations.
