About the job:
We're looking for a Business System Analyst to work one-on-one with clients across the Americas to simplify their business processes with Odoo. This is a full-cycle ERP implementation role. After an initial training period, you'll be assigned a client who has purchased an implementation project. You'll work with the client to define the project's requirements, budget, and timeline, then collaborate with a team of engineers to execute each stage of the implementation, including testing and end-user training.
You'll be trained to become a subject matter expert across Odoo's diverse suite of more than 50 integrated business applications, including Sales, CRM, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, POS, Accounting, and more. If you have a proactive, adventurous, "get it done" mindset, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Set up Odoo apps for existing clients, implement software solutions, and train end users on the platform
- Manage client relationships throughout the implementation of Odoo SaaS solutions
- Analyze clients' business operations and map their processes to Odoo's solutions
- Estimate the resources required for ERP implementation tasks and projects
- Manage multiple ERP implementations across industries using Odoo's Project Management app
- Collaborate with Odoo developers to deliver clients' business requirements
- Partner with clients' implementation managers to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training
- Occasionally advise the Sales team on complex implementations during the pre-sales process
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong planning, process mapping, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Affinity for technology and a solid understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and its business use cases
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Nice to Have:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience implementing software or ERP solutions, managing projects, consulting with clients, or in a similar role
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Experience in a SaaS company
- Available to start immediately

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$100,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
