Construction Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing budgets, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proven experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Skills in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Education

Bachelor Degree in Construction Management/Related Field or 3 Years Experience Preferred.
