About the job
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a high-impact business and execution role at the core of building products that solve real customer problems, drive adoption, and create measurable business value.
As Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives — from identifying opportunities and defining product requirements to working with Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Operations, and Product Delivery teams to ensure successful execution and adoption. You will be responsible for translating business goals, customer pain points, and market needs into clear product priorities and scalable solutions.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to understand requirements, prioritise features, define product roadmaps, write detailed product briefs, and ensure that releases deliver tangible impact. You will also work closely with the Product Analyst, who will support you with product insights, usage analysis, reporting, and decision support.
This role is ideal for someone who combines customer empathy, business thinking, structured problem-solving, and strong execution capability in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
If you enjoy building meaningful products, making prioritisation decisions, solving customer problems, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving outcomes from idea to adoption — this role is built for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Product Strategy, Problem Discovery & Prioritisation
Understand customer pain points, market needs, business goals, and operational challenges to identify product opportunities.
Work with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define product priorities aligned to business objectives.
Support creation and refinement of the product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, urgency, and strategic relevance.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve product usability, scalability, and customer value.
B. Requirement Definition & Product Development
Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirement documents, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Design Manager and UI/UX Designer to ensure product experiences are intuitive, usable, and aligned to customer needs.
Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure product quality.
Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, feature reviews, and release planning discussions.
Ensure product scope is clearly defined and aligned across all stakeholders before development begins.
C. Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery Collaboration
Work closely with the Product Delivery Manager and Product Delivery Associate to ensure product initiatives are executed as per defined timelines and priorities.
Align with QA, Customer Support, and Operations teams to ensure launch readiness, internal enablement, and smooth rollout of features.
Act as the central product point of view during execution, ensuring the business intent of the product is preserved through delivery.
Support issue resolution during development and pre-release stages through active decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure product launches are well-coordinated and communicated across impacted teams.
D. Product Performance, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Monitor product adoption, feature usage, customer feedback, support trends, and operational pain points post launch.
Work with the Product Analyst to derive insights, identify performance gaps, and recommend product improvements.
Review qualitative and quantitative data to understand what is working, what is not, and where intervention is required.
Drive continuous iteration and enhancement of product features based on feedback and business performance.
Ensure product decisions are informed by both customer empathy and measurable outcomes.
E. Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment
Engage with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
Present product priorities, release plans, feature logic, and progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Partner with Customer Support and Operations teams to capture frontline learnings and recurring issues.
Build trust across teams by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and clarity in product decision-making.
Act as a strong bridge between business needs, user expectations, and technology execution.
