Digital Marketer & Growth Hacker - Freelance

About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketer who drives real growth, not just vanity metrics. You'll own marketing campaigns end-to-end — performance channels, copy, funnel optimization, and analytics — to get our product in front of real customers who convert. We want someone who treats modern AI tools as part of their core workflow, not a gimmick: using them to move faster on campaign testing, ad creative generation, copy variations, and audience research, while applying their own sharp judgment on what actually resonates with people.

What You'll Do
Own the funnel: Understand the ideal customer profile, map acquisition channels, launch campaigns, track performance, and relentlessly optimize for ROI.

Leverage AI workflows: Use AI tools (Claude/GPT-class assistants, generative ad creative platforms, and automated analytics tools) to compress iteration time on copy, creative variations, and campaign structures — while knowing when to override their output for brand authenticity.

Write high-converting messaging: Craft compelling ad copy, landing page messaging, and email sequences — clear, persuasive words that solve customer pain points rather than just listing features.

Simplify & scale: Turn messy performance data into clear actionable insights; double down on what works and kill what doesn't without attachment.

Test relentlessly: Design and execute continuous A/B tests across ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and target audiences to uncover growth levers.

Work directly with leadership: Collaborate 1-on-1 with the lead in regular working sessions — brainstorming strategies, analyzing campaign data, and deciding growth direction together; your input shapes the strategy, not just the ad manager.

Compensation: Discussed individually and agreed with the selected candidate — we pay for capability, impact, and results, not standard bands.
