We’re seeking a seasoned BIM designer with strong technical experience in HVAC ductwork, piping, and plumbing coordination, who thrives in complex, fast-paced project environments. This role is ideal for a mechanical or plumbing designer experienced in using Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to deliver accurate, constructible, and fabrication-ready models

• esLead BIM coordination for mechanical and plumbing systems from design through fabricatio
• n.Conduct comprehensive reviews of contract drawings and specifications to identify scope, conflicts, and design inten
• t.Develop and manage Revit models for mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring accuracy and constructabilit
• y.Detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks and collaborate with other trades to maintain model integrit
• y.Produce coordination and fabrication spool drawings, sleeve layouts, penetration drawings, and hanger layout
• s.Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for issue tracking, model management, RFI linkage, and coordination workflow
• s.Collaborate with field, shop, and project management teams to ensure alignment across all project phase
• s.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers and drafter
